We are proponents of local, short, and transparent supply chains for the production of our flock's wool into yarn with the health of the sheep and the soil as top priorities, sequestering carbon and building soil tilth to improve the land each grazing season.
Every item listed in our online farm store is grown and raised on our farm in Bellingham, WA. Shetland and Icelandic fiber from our flock is processed into a variety of plied and lopi yarns and roving as local to the farm as possible, supporting regional fiber mills while maintaining the integrity of our single source, small batch pasture raised fiber, individual to the characteristics of each sheep's fleece throughout its life.
Yarn, and occasionally roving, is available seasonally through our online store and at the farm. We ask that you keep in mind when purchasing yarn and roving that each small batch of fiber is distinctly unique in hues that are rarely repeated from one season to another. If you have a special request or wholesale inquiry, reach out to the farm via the "contact us" page on this website.
At this time, raw fleeces for sale for handspinning are available only by request. We occasionally have raw fleeces available for needle felting, garden mulch, or for other fiber related projects. Contact the farm directly for availability.
